Export first. Delete when you are ready.

Journvia provides the same privacy controls in the web and mobile app.

Download Your Data

  1. Sign in to Journvia.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Privacy & Data, choose “Download My Data”.
  4. Save the JSON file using your device’s share or download sheet.

Request Deletion

  1. Open Settings and choose “Delete My Account”.
  2. Read the retention notice and type DELETE.
  3. Confirm using your recently authenticated account.

Journvia signs you out and revokes server sessions immediately. Personal-data deletion is scheduled for 7 days. Personal itineraries, reminders, imports, profile and creator content are removed. Payment or creator-ledger records required for tax, fraud prevention or legal obligations may remain without your Firebase identity, name or email.

Cannot Sign In?

Use the support form, choose “Privacy or data request”, and use the email associated with the account. Support will verify ownership before acting.
